Goals of Illinois Citizens for Race Amity

Our goals are to:

-Secure Race Amity Day proclamations from our Illinois governor and by and county and local governments

-Host and encourage events that will bring people together in the spirit of friendship and unity

-Provide a safe space for meaningful conversations on the subject of race in order to develop strong friendships to eradicate the divisions

-Support the activities of our partner organizations
